Me ya kamata Musulmi ya guje masa a cikin kwanaki goma na Zul-Hijja idan yana son yin hadaya?


Sunnah ta nuna cewa duk wanda yake son yin hadaya, wajibi ne a kansa ya daina yanke gashi ko farce ko cire wani ɓangare na fata daga lokacin da aka fara kwanaki goma na Zul-Hijja har sai ya yanka hadayarsa. Saboda hadisin Manzon Allah (tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gare shi): "Idan kuka ga jinjirin Zul-Hijja kuma wani daga cikinku yana so ya yi hadaya, to ya daina yanke gashi da farce har sai ya yanka hadayarsa." A wani lafazin: "Kada ya taɓa gashinsa ko fatar jikinsa da komai." Hadisin yana cikin Sahih Muslim ta hanyoyi guda hudu (13/146).


Wannan umarni yana nuna cewa wajibi ne, kuma hana yana nufin haramci — bisa ra'ayi mafi rinjaye — domin umarni ne kai tsaye da kuma hana ba tare da wani abu da ke rage karfinsa ba. Amma idan mutum ya yi haka da gangan (ya yanke gashi ko farce), to ya nemi gafarar Allah, babu diyya a kansa, kuma hadayarsa tana nan daidai. Idan kuma wani abu ya tilasta masa yanke su saboda wata matsala, kamar Æ™aryewar farce ko ciwo da gashi ya hau, to babu laifi, domin wannan ya fi Æ™arfin haramci — kamar yadda ake yarda wa mahajjaci ya aske kansa saboda ciwo.


Babu laifi mace ko namiji su wanke kansu a cikin kwanakin goma, domin Manzon Allah (tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gare shi) bai hana wanke kai ba, sai dai yanke.

Hikimar wannan hani ita ce: saboda wanda ke yin hadaya yana kama da mahajjaci a wasu ayyuka na ibada — kamar kusantar Allah ta hanyar yanka dabba — sai aka ba shi wasu daga cikin dokokin mahajjaci. Haka kuma ana barin gashi da farce su girma har lokacin yanka, don Allah ya 'yantar da dukkan jikinsa daga wuta.

Idan mutum ya yanke gashi ko farce tun farkon kwanaki goma ne domin bai da niyyar yin hadaya, sannan daga baya ya yanke shawarar yin hadaya, to daga lokacin da ya yanke shawarar, sai ya daina yanke su.

Wasu mata sukan wakilta É—an’uwansu ko É—ansu wajen yin hadaya, domin su ci gaba da yanke gashi a lokacin, amma wannan ba daidai ba ne, domin dokar tana shafar wanda zai yi hadayar, ko da ya wakilta wani ne. Wakili ba ya cikin wannan hani, domin hadisin ya nuna cewa hani na musamman ne ga wanda zai yi hadayar da kansa.

Haka kuma, wannan hani yana musamman ne ga mai hadaya, bai shafi matar sa ko 'ya'yansa ba, sai idan kowannensu yana da hadaya ta kansa. Domin Manzon Allah (tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gare shi) ya taba yin hadaya da sunan iyalan gidan Muhammad, kuma ba a ruwaito cewa ya hana su yanke gashi ko farce.

Idan mutum yana da niyyar yin hadaya kuma zai tafi hajji, to bai kamata ya yanke gashi ko farce ba idan zai sa ihram, sai dai idan bukata ce ta shari’a. Amma idan yana yin hajj tamattu', to zai rage gashi lokacin kammala umrah, domin hakan ibada ce.

Abubuwan da aka hana mabi hadaya su yi, kamar yadda hadisin ya nuna, su ne yanke gashi, farce, da fatar jiki. Amma bai haramta masa shafa turare ba, ko saduwa da matarsa, ko sanya kaya da aka dinke, da makamantansu.
